We maintain clear allergen matrices and child notes, offering safe alternatives for all allergies and complex (multiple) allergy meals. We have robust food safety processes to ensure the meals are produced and packaged with accuracy. We identify the 14 main allergy groups as required by law however we can also identify food intolerance ingredients as well, such as 'no tomato' (as an example) for each individual child that has specific difficulties with any individual ingredient.
